Biography

Dr Lucinda Wallman graduated with Honours from the University of Sydney (MBBS) in 1989. She was awarded an NHMRC Scholarship in 1996. And in 2000, Lucinda completed advanced training in Immunology and Immunopathology at St Vincent’s and Westmead Hospitals. In 2001, she completed her PhD at the University of New South Wales for her thesis entitled, “Regulation of pulmonary vasomotor tone in vivo and in vitro.” Lucinda was a Staff Specialist, Clinical Immunology and Immunopathology, Westmead and Blacktown Hospitals. She’s been a Conjoint Senior Lecturer in Medicine at the University of Western Sydney and in 2007, Lucinda joined LAV Pathology as an Immunopathologist and is currently the Pathologist in Charge for Immunology. She’s also a representative on the RCPA Immunopathology Examination Committee and a current member of the Australasian Society for Clinical Immunology and Allergy.
