Dr. Ayesha Ajmal

Dr Ayesha Ajmal completed her medical degree at the National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory. She moved to Australia and started rotational work through ACT Health in Canberra, ACT. Dr Ajmal then started her Anatomical Pathology training in the Canberra Hospital before moving to DOR Pathology, and in 2017 received her Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.

Dr Ajmal has published a number of papers in peer reviewed journals and presented at national conferences.  Her areas of particular interest include FNA cytology, breast pathology and immunohistochemistry.
