Your doctor may wish you to provide 3 samples over 3 consecutive mornings.
In a specimen container:
1. Collect the complete SECOND urine specimen of the MORNING.
FOR FEMALES:
Before collecting urine sample, use a sterile water wipe to clean the urethral opening, wiping from front to back. Discard wipe.
2. Specimens should be kept refrigerated until taken to your nearest Abbott Pathology Collection Centre (see back of request form
for centre locations).
